Hope Infinity from Getting Purly With It is cowl that is knitted flat and the ends are seamed using the mattress stitch. The stitch pattern used is called “Candle Flames” from the Barbara Walker stitch pattern book. This cowl is worked in two colors of Jade Sapphire Brigadoon, but of course could be worked in one color as well.
Finished Measurements: 44” circ x 11” wide
Yarn Requirements: Jade Sapphire Brigadoon (100% Cashmere), 1 hank each in 2 colors; shown in Tayberry B16 and Isle of Skye B11
Needle(s): US size 7 (4.5mm) knitting needles
Gauge: 20 sts & 24 rows = 4”
