I love this yarn for the feel and the rich color. Even tho it wasn’t the color I wanted I just couldn’t return it because it’s so awesome. I’ll use it on another project!

I’ve looked into your order and can confirm it left our warehouse within two days of being placed. Unfortunately, delivery time frames can sometimes be impacted by high package volumes within USPS, which appears to have caused the delay this time. Regarding the yarn color, we do our best to ensure that colors appear accurately in the images on our site; however, some variance can occur between dye lots or due to differences in the devices used to view our site.
