The yarn is pretty. The striping is well done. It is not chunky. It has a smooth almost rope-like quality that makes it work up less like wool, and therefore I would not use it for the afghan I made with it in the future. The drape was good, in fact. It makes a fluid and easy to handle blanket. I would have liked it to be softer and with more fiber volume for the kind of afghan I typically make. However, for the price, it is a nice textile.
