Knitter's Pride Nova Platina Fixed Circular Needles 40" are chrome-plated and have newly remodeled tips that are pointier and more tapered, making them a great choice for both regular and lace knitting. The chrome finish makes these needles very smooth to work with - it also provides resistance to corrosion & is easy to clean! Also available in 16", 24", 32" and 47" lengths. Nova Platina 40" Fixed Circular Needles have a 29.9" cord joining two 5.05" tips (sizes up to US 13), 5.4" tips (US 15), or 5.6" tips (US 17).

I own several Knitter’s Pride Nova Platina Fixed Circular Needles in sizes US0-US3 for knitting wooly colorwork sweaters. The tips are just right, not too blunt, not too sharp. Stitches glide smoothly over the join and the cable behaves the way I want them to. I recommend this line of needles.
They are slick and pointy . Makes for smooth knitting !The cable does not kink which is great!
