Knitter’s Pride Zing 6” Double Pointed Needles are vibrant color-coded aluminum needles that allow your yarn to slip easily as you work. They are color-coded by size making it easy to identify and organize your needles. Zing 6” Double Points come in a set of 5 needles. These needles are also available in an 8” length.

very nice aluminum needles, yarn moves quite smoothly. I have never tried using 5 double pointed needles before but it was an easy and smooth transition. I am using the size 5 needles now for mittens and they are working very well.

Smooth and sharp, have to be washed before use due to grease. Needles slide easily against each other.

It’s important to note that I am not a seasoned knitter. With that said, I bought these needles based on a knitter’s blog review for knitting in the round. The needles are so smooth and slippery that the stitches regularly slide off of them. A little more friction would help. Further, when I drop a needle on my tile floor- which has happened several times when only a few stitches are on a needle-the impact dings the tip. I will definitely stick to wooden needles for this kind of work going...
