Very soft cotton yarn but splits easily. If frogged, very hard to work with. The yarn snags easily because of tendency to split. Color variegation is nicely done but doesn't make up for splitting.

Lana Grossa makes beautiful yarn. It was nice quality cotton, a little splitty but they all are. It was much brighterand had more white than it looked in the picture on line but I really enjoyed crocheting my shawl and would recommend this yarn to anyone wanting a bright, summery hand dyed garment or accessory.
