I had a great experience with WEBS. The yarn color I originally ordered wasn’t the color I wanted so I went through the return process which was easy to follow. After the time limit for the return to hit my credit card passed, I call customer service and left a voicemail and someone called me back almost immediately and issued my refund then and there and I so appreciate that Additionally, Kitty reached out to me a few days later to say that something was in the box I returned my yarn in. Well, it wasn’t my item so I emailed her to let her know and we had a good chuckle. The service was outstanding, trust was built (I was a first time customer) and I’ll be glad to purchase from WEBS again
