A comforting & cosy shawl that sits particularly well across the shoulders due to the pronounced crescent shape.
Knitted top down from a signature Åsa Tricosa shawl tab. Simple combinations of knits and purls create interesting textures and a billowing border. Mayhem Shawl is really a very large swatch for a Masham Mayhem Cardigan. My 3 skeins just demanded to become a shawl.
Choose a 4ply yarn for a lighter wrap or DK for more warmth and comfort. Ginger Twist Studio’s Masham Mayhem (yellow shawl) is a lofty, exciting hand dyed DK spun from British wool. Also shown in Indigodragonfly Chameleon Sock (orange & variegated collage photos), a silky & luxurious 4ply.
