Both pieces are knit in Naturally Soft Merino, a smooth and machine-washable wool that's a favorite of kids and caregivers alike. Both the hat and collar are knit flat and seamed, featuring an allover texture pattern that ramps up the cozy factor. The hat is knit in one piece and topped with a pom pom after seaming, and has a knit tie threaded though its eyelet band at the brim. Collar is knit flat in two pieces and seamed at one shoulder before adding a ribbed turtleneck and finishing the project with one final seam.
