Product Description
This pattern was part of the Miss Babs Knitting Tour 2012, and represents the second stop on the tour. It is inspired by the Yorkshire Moors and The Secret Garden. The inner triangle is cast-on along the top edge and worked down to the point, shaped by short rows. The textured one color version is well suited for yarns with some variegation, and was designed both to look like the moors and to be worn while strolling in the moors. The larger two color version is constructed in the the same manner, but with a plain stockinette stitch inner triangle. In both versions, the lace is worked down from the triangle using traditional triangular shawl shaping.
