The Encore Tweed knits up well showing nice detail in cables. The yarn doesn’t split easily either so it is a fast knit. I purchased the yarn through Webs website. It was an easy way to order the yarn and was a fast delivery.

Chic look and beautiful colors
I have been using this tweed yarn for years. The hats have a chic look instead of flat yarn color. It has been easy to knit and washing is simple. I like the beautiful in all colors.
Beautiful yarn and great customer service
The Plymouth Yarn Encore Tweed Yarn is lightweight but warm. It is beautiful tweed yarn. I am using it for a throw. I had to add more yarn after my initial purchase several months ago. Realizing that it may not be possible, I asked if dye lots could be matched, and the warehouse was notified and received the perfectly matched yarn. Thank you.
I use this yarn for Hats and Fingerless Gloves. It holds up well and nice to work with!

I love this yarn for children's and baby projects. We all know you need to be able to wash it if it's for kids and this washes very nicely. I don't like knitting with acrylic and this has enough wool that makes it much nicer to knit. It comes in a variety of colors too. I have made dozens of baby blankets and have been told many times by moms how much they love it. It was my great nephew's favorite.

Soft, yet works up beautifully and keeps its shape. I found a skein of this yarn in my stash that was approx ten years old. I began searching for more and finally found it. It matches great. Thank you Plymouth Yarns /WEBS! Now I can make a lovely blanket! 💗

This yarn is working up nicely for a bulky winter sweater for a young girl. It could be a little softer but for the value it is a really pretty yarn. The tweedy texture makes it much more interesting than the plain colors.

The Plymouth Encore Tweed that I purchased is a beautiful rich color. I'm going to make a short sleeved garter stitch kimono. The yarn is a machine washable wool blend and I think it will keep me warm and cozy.

Although I prefer working with 100% wool, my family prefers being able to wash and dry their garments without the worry of shrinkage. The Encore has been around for many many years and has outlasted other brands and I will say it has a nice hand when working with it and the color selection is fantastic. Great all around yarn for all types of projects.
