I have been using Plymouth Encore Worsted for years. It is always great quality, and rarely has tied knots. I mostly use it for children's clothing, because it doesn't pill and is easy to care for. My finished items always come out perfectly. This is my go-to yarn for anything.
I use this for all my baby things as it’s part wool, but the acrylic component makes it possible to throw soiled items in the washer and dryer. The range of colors is AMAZING, the feel of the yarn as you work with it is very comfortable, not scratchy, and the finished items are sturdy and long-lasting.
