Construction Techniques

This sweater is constructed using a bottom-up seamed method, meaning the body and sleeves are knitted separately from the hem upward and then sewn together. The garment is worked flat on straight needles rather than in the round, allowing for precise shaping and seaming. The raglan armhole shaping is a key design feature, created through strategic decreases that form diagonal lines from the underarm toward the neckline, providing a comfortable and flattering fit.
