I had unwisely purchased just one skein when beginning a project using this as the CJAYG joining yarn. It quickly became clear I would need at least three total... and in a misguided effort to find some domestically I ordered from elsewhere. It arrived and was completely different, not just in its color but in its entire weight and texture! Your CS folks were very helpful in helping me get my hands on three more skeins of the same lot#, but I didn't breathe a sigh of relief until they finally arrived and were in fact exact matches for the project I had begun. I left the a few of the mismatched joining diamonds in, to remind me of the saga, lol!
I am a previous yarn shop owner and I would absolutely recommend Sirdar Snuggly DK. It is a very soft yarn for knitting baby items, i.e., sweater, hat, booties or baby mittens or anything that will be close to a baby's skin. It is washable and dryable on gentle cycle. I also use Sirdar Snuggly DK to knit stuffed animals for babies and children and I have not seen pilling when using this yarn. It also knits up beautifully in shawls for adults as well.

Perfect for baby and toddler items
The color pallet was perfect for a baby girl project I'm working on. It knits up very nicely. I've used this yarn before and the project held up to little kid use and many washings.

I LOVE knitting with Sirdar Snuggly. Being from the UK there is no equal in the US for softness and outcome. My projects measure what they are supposed to when I follow the pattern instructions. I'm so grateful to find a US supplier at a *fairly* reasonable price, otherwise I'm paying for an extra suitcase every time I go home ;-)
