Product Description
Amherst is a fantastic choice for a classic cabled garment such as Valley Yarns Pinyon. This women’s sweater features an oversized boxy shaped tunic with an allover cable pattern on the body’s front and back, ribbed sleeves, and a warm turtleneck. The sweater is knit flat in pieces from the bottom up and then seamed. The turtleneck stitches are picked up along the neck edge and worked in the round. Valley Yarns Amherst is a smooth worsted weight yarn that beautifully shows texture and stitch patterns and has a wide range of colors perfect for Fair Isle or intarsia. The cable pattern is charted and written out.
