    Comments about 14.75 16/2 Linen:

I used this linen for a warp for a large woven piece that I was making 40" x 75". I'm not sure if it was because I was working with such a large quantity, but I felt I should have worn a dust mask 90% of the time. While winding my warp it start shedding and was getting in my eyes. Then when setting up my loom and combing out my warp, I could feel how much I was breathing in that I ended up wearing a dust mask. While weaving, I also felt I was breathing particles in at times. I also had some trouble with tension but that comes with linen warps.

Overall, would not recommend because of the health concerns.

        Comments about 14.75 16/2 Linen:

Using this as warp with my handspun linen weft makes a beautiful towel. The linen is easy to warp on my authentic 1780's barnframe loom. Travelling throughout the Midwest and the East with the warp, string-heddle harnesses, reed and cloth beam all wrapped around the warp beam for transporting from site to site is quite a challenge. I have not had a broken warp thread in the five years that I have been using this linen. Thank you for a great product.
        Your servant,

A wonderful weaving linen! I sett it at 30 epi for twirls with long floats, 24 epi for fabulous huck lace weaves, and make everything from napkins and placemats to dish towels that wear like iron and heirloom linens.

I used this yarn for weft in my Tibetan style loom
I also used a heavyer weight of linen yarn for
warping the loom. I am so happy that I can get
going from there wit a good base.
