Valley Yarns Ice Cave is a knitted slouch beanie with its twist-stitch band is the perfect winter hat for the hipster in your life using Valley Superwash. Featuring a band worked sideways in a twist-stitch texture for added interest and a stockinette crown, this quick project is worked in one piece from the band to the top. Our Valley Yarns Valley Superwash is made from 100% extrafine merino wool, and it's machine washable in cold water with a mild detergent or Eucalan. This worsted weight yarn is incredibly soft, an excellent choice for everything from afghans to baby projects, and comes in a wide range of fabulous colors. Note: The cable pattern is charted and written out.
