I got this to knit a therapy chicken for a friend. I did not expect such quality for the price. Easy to work with and soft to touch. The recipient wanted a black background with white motif. A cable cast on was suggested but it was just too tight and hard to see (I’m 81 and haven’t had my cataracts removed yet). After two tries I switched to a basic cast on and had no problems after that.
I love knitting with Valley Yarns. I’m knitting a shawl with Northfield, which is very soft and a joy to knit with.
They yarn is beautiful and knits nicely.
