Product Description
Yann is a cute striped cowl worked entirely in the round to form a tube, whose ends are grafted together. A beautiful lace part adds interest and breaks up the casual stripes. Adjustments in height, as well as gauge, can be made by adding or reducing a multiple of 12 stitches.
Original Yarn: Nature’s Luxury ON STAGE LONG MÉTRAGE (437 yds (400 m)/100g); shown in colors Tootsie (light pink = C1) and Smillas Sense of Snow (grey = C2). Nature’s Luxury SILK DIVINE (262 yds (240 m)/20g); shown in color Shell Seeker (light pink). You will need approximately 328 yds (300 m) of fingering weight yarn in C1 306 yds (280 m) of fingering weight yarn in C2 109 yds (100 m) of lace weight mohair yarn
Gauge 25 sts x 38 rows = 4” (10 cm) square in Stockinette stitch after blocking. 25 sts x 30 rows = 4” (10 cm) square in lace pattern after blocking. Gauge is not crucial for this project but will affect yardage and final size when different.
