Knitcol is my favorite yarn for sox for my grandchildren. I have used it for years and they are all in their twenties and thirties now. I am still using it for sox!!

I love working with Adriafil Knitcol. It's always fun to see how the colors work up. I'm making my 2nd set of fingerless mitts. A friend kidnapped my first pair when she felt how wonderfully warm they were!

Thicker and softer than most self-striping yarns. It made a wonderful hat, even in 2x2 rib. I’ll be using more of this yarn to make a Baby Surprise Jacket (Elizabeth Zimmermann) because I love the way it stripes up in garter stitch, too. It’s a rare self striping yarn that doesn’t pool or look awkward as the project decreases. Most self striping yarns also only shine in stockinette. This one is more flexible than others I’ve used.

I love the patterned stripes in this yarn. It is good for socks, baby hats, mittens.
