This is at least my 4th time purchasing a blanket quantity of Cascade 220 Superwash. I love it. It is very soft and sturdy. Great for baby blankets and anything else you want to be able to machine wash.
One of my faves, both Superwash and regular. Great color range, great quality, so versatile and good yardage for the price. One of my all-time faves.
Well, this is a long story. Started a Kniterati Afghan blanket in 2018, but got frustrated with my squares being too large and not getting the right needle size, so put the project aside. Now I have restarted it with a lot more success thanks to knitters putting their experiences online about what needle size. So I reordered wool from WEBS, however I didn’t realise that Cascade 220 superwash came in different weights, light and medium which makes a difference when knitting a 10 inch square. But I’ve worked it out and having more success and will eventually finish this beautiful project. Love the wool, colours. and great customer service from Webs. I live in Australia and order online, it’s great to get wool that suits my needs and is delivered quickly.
