Berroco Vintage is a worsted-weight yarn made from 52% acrylic, 40% wool and 8% nylon, and it's machine washable. You get wool's warmth in something you can wash without a second thought. I love Berroco Vintage for knitting Christmas stockings!!! It's the only yarn I use. Great colors choices for either traditional designs (snow day, holly, and berries). For my recent stocking I used muted colors love how the fawn turned out.

I love using Berroco vintage for my mosaic crochet projects. It is a lighter 4 weight so it's not so heavy with this technique. It comes in a HUGE range of colors. It washes and wears well. Definitely my favorite yarn at this point.
