Great stitch definition and maintains garment shape. Repels water therefore great for hats and mittens. Good quality at a reasonable price. I used mine for a Christmas stocking with fair isle design.

Workhorse yarn
I understand what people mean when they say this is a workhorse yarn now! Knit a couple of socks with this yarn and they have held up very well!
Been using Cascade 220 for years. Love it.
I make and sell caplets at historical and cosplay events several times a year. Each caplet uses over 600 yards of yarn (3 skeins), so that’s 30-90 skeins per year. I prefer using wool, so having affordable wool yarn is wonderful.
