I have a large collection of Cascade yarns that I use mainly to make fair isle mittens and hats. It is a lovely yarn to work with and shows the patterns well. The 100% wool keeps hands and heads warm in the winter and retains moisture when wet. It’s my go-to yarn.
It was the correct yarn for a project that called for excessively expensive yarn. I am using it for the Cobblestone Mitts by Jodi Horgan of Flower Hill Farm and Mill. It is working beautifully. It works beautifully for the stitch definition.
I like the Peruvian yarn softness and color selection. I'm using it for hats that are then felted.
I'm using it for a sweater, and the pattern called for Cascade 220. It knit up beautifully, and the sweater turned out really nice. It fits me very well, and I love the feel. Since it’s summer, I have not had a chance to wear it yet. I'm sure it will be great.

I'm using it for Christmas stockings. I've been making stockings specifically with 220 for over 15 years. It's great to knit with and the colors are perfect. My customers love them, so the definition is great. Customers usually request a family pattern with names and dates. Many families have 1 stocking made several generations ago that they want replicated.

I'm using it exclusively for my crocheted and felted cloche hats for my ETSY shop. The Cascade 220 felts the best and most consistently. My pattern uses a little over one skein, about 20 more yards I think.
