I love this year. Madelinetosh is consistently beautifully dyed and spun. While it is pricier than many yarns, it is a beautiful yarn and is my standard go-to for many types of projects. I love the slight variations in color due to the small batch kettle dying. This can lead to noticeable differences in skeins, so you may need to alternate two skeins at a time in order to avoid a noticeable color shift. This isn't always convenient and requires thinking ahead, but for most projects works just fine.

I needed a hank of Worn Denim to complete a long lacy shawl, had used up the one I had. It didn't need to be a perfect match, but the new hank was so different and lacking in character, I was shocked. I managed to scrounge some Persia from my stash to use instead.

Probably my favorite yarn!...beautiful colorways on fiber with a tight twist...be careful to transition skeins when adding new yarn...makes textured stitches pop...

        Comments about true Tosh DK:

This is my absolute favorite yarn. The generous yardage at relatively same price as other Tosh yarns is what sells me on the DK over Vintage or Chunky. I've made several baby blankets, sweaters and accessories with this yarn and they are always stunning.
