One of my all-time favorites

Comments about true Tosh DK:

I love this year. Madelinetosh is consistently beautifully dyed and spun. While it is pricier than many yarns, it is a beautiful yarn and is my standard go-to for many types of projects. I love the slight variations in color due to the small batch kettle dying. This can lead to noticeable differences in skeins, so you may need to alternate two skeins at a time in order to avoid a noticeable color shift. This isn't always convenient and requires thinking ahead, but for most projects works just fine.

    Comments about true Tosh DK:

I have knitted with Madeline Tosh for years. Chunky and DK are the two of my favorites. I knitted a sweater for my sister in Blue Nile. The color is more Turquoise than Blue in person, but still is beautiful. The dye was consistent. I used the Greta pattern from c2knits. The sweater is very soft to skin. My sister was thrilled.

    Comments about true Tosh DK:

This was my first time using Tosh DK, and it will not be my last! The yarn was remarkable to work with; stretching a little and then bouncing back so that I could knit (I'm a beginner) everything correctly. I used it to make a triangle scarf and it turned out perfect!

    not color I expected

    Comments about true Tosh DK:

I needed a hank of Worn Denim to complete a long lacy shawl, had used up the one I had. It didn't need to be a perfect match, but the new hank was so different and lacking in character, I was shocked. I managed to scrounge some Persia from my stash to use instead.
