Noro yarns are my favorite and I’ve tried quite a few. I absolutely loved working with this yarn. I made some cozy leg warmers and they are gorgeous! Very enjoyable to work with for the way the yarn feels as well as the fun factor or not knowing exactly what the finished piece will be. I highly recommend.
Beautiful yarn that makes for excellence projects. If you like a natural change of colors throughout your project then Noro is amazing.
The colors in the yarn are gorgeous. The texture and feel of the yarn when knitted is somewhat rough feeling rather than soft like other 100% wool yarns. The reason for the one star is the yarn's description specifically stated it was a feltable yarn. The disappointing news is that this yarn does not felt even after three washings in super hot water, low level, with jeans and towels as agitators in the washing machine. On the fourth washing, the yarn felted about 10%, but still not enough to...

Kureyon yarns are beautifully colored with long (but not too long) color runs and nice textures. They are easy to work with. I’ve been using them for years.
The buying experience was great. The yarn however is spun very unevenly so there were areas so thin they were more like lace or fingering rather than aran weight. I ended up cutting those sections out which wasted more yarn than I liked at this price point.
The colors are beautiful. The description warned of joins in a skein and I encountered quite a few. The biggest disappointment was the variability in of the thickness of the yarn itseld. The thickest parts were fiddly to knit, but the real problem is that there are sections so thin that I worried it would break and the appearance of those areas in the garment was as if there were a hole. I ended up ripping back, cutting out that section of yarn and then continuing. It happened often enough for...
Long time Noro fan. I ordered a skein to finish a project started with a skein purchased several years ago. One of the beauties of Noro is the ability to just add like colors and they work together.
I have used Kureyon yarn before and love how it stripes for a hat and also sweaters
Very nice yarn. Was a little rough feeling on my fingers as I crocheted, otherwise I would have given it a 5. I guess I am used to alpaca wool, which is so gentle. There were some extra pieces of straw-like bits that I had to remove. Would I buy this yarn again? Definitely
