I purchased this yarn to make a vest. The yarn did not disappoint! It is soft, easy to work with and I love the colors!
I purchased 2 skeins of this yarn in color 64 (Chitose) to knit the 1711 Simple Cabled Shawl, which is also available as a PDF from Webs. I didn't love knitting with it because it was a bit rough and stiff, but after washing the shawl, the yarn really stretched nicely, to the degree that I wanted it to, and it really softened up. It's a really lovely blue-purple with pops of lighter blue and some darker shades of a more plummy color. I want to knit some garments with this yarn in different colors. I will definitely be buying this yarn again.
Gorgeous yarn—always love Noro. Yarn.com always has excellent selection!
I love this yarn it works up so beautifully. Because it is thick and thin gauge can be difficult but it's worth it imo!
I was very surprised that yarn with such a rustic look can be so smooth and non-scratchy. It still might not be for the very sensitive, but with its bulky gauge, it's likely to be for outer layers in any case. I absolutely fell in love with the deep blue of color 65.
Great texture
