Valley Yarns 425 Cosmos Toe-Up Crocheted Socks
With one simple, additional step to a standard crochet stitch you can create a fabric that is perfect for socks. I was inspired by Melissa Morgan-Oakes’ 2-at-a-Time Toe-up heel and it works beautifully in crochet. Working these from the toe up means you can make socks that truly fit.

Comments about VALLEY YARNS 425 Cosmos Toe-Up Crocheted Socks:
This pattern was incomprehensible to me. I gave up after about 15 minutes, as my work was a jumble of row markers and I could not see where it was all leading. Apparently you keep moving these row markers/stitch markers/round markers constantly as you work. Now, if this project was done with thicker yarn and a larger hook instead of a fingering weight yarn with a 2 mm hook, you could see what you were doing. However, I could not proceed very far into the toe section of these socks.
