Difficult to place order, poor customer service which took weeks to hear back from and was not helpful. I have never had trouble placing an online order and I couldn’t place it from multiple devices with multiple browsers.
One of my favorite 100% wool garment yarns
At the moment, I’m wearing a sweater knit from Valley Yarn’s Northampton and I have two more Northampton sweaters on my needles. This sweater is the first thing I put on in the morning. It’s so warm and cozy. There’s quit a bit of pilling at first but after the first few days of wearing a new Northampton garment, a good de-pilling sets it right. If you plan to gift a Northampton garment, be sure to include instructions on de-pilling so the recipient knows how to keep the garment presentable....
My new favorite worsted weight - non- super wash!!
My new favorite!! This is a lovely, super soft, untreated wool that is better than I hoped for. It is my new go-to standard. Fast service with shipping. All around great experience.
