Quick and comfy

      Comments about 4.39 Scozia:

The bits of color flecked through the yarn make knitting fun, and this stuff knits up quick with good stitch definition. I'm making a scarf with simple stitch variations - no cables, no lace - since the yarn to me feels a bit rustic, nothing fancy. Using big needles so the resulting fabric is flexible, soft and lays nice and flat.

Used this yarn to make an infinity scarf and it came out so nice and cozy! I almost kept it for myself! I would also use this for a lapghan/afghan, hat, or other neck wrap.

Trying to find the perfect project for this yarn

      Comments about 4.39 Scozia:

This yarn is a great heathered-tweedy yarn and I just love it. My problem to date is that I've started and stopped 3 different projects, because the yarn wasn't working well with them. This is clearly my issue. I simply need to figure out the yarn and know that eventually I'll knit or crochet something that will look and fit really well. I'm next going to try it in fashioning a poncho for my granddaughter, as this yarn will wear really, really well.

      Great yarn!

      Comments about 4.39 Scozia:

This is beautiful yarn and the ONLY reason I'm not giving it five stars at this time is because I haven't knitted it yet. It feels wonderful, looks better than the photo can show, and I have PLANS for what to make with it. (Knitters will know exactly what that means.) Once I use it, I fully expect five stars will be coming! For now, it looks really good in my stash. So much yarn----so little time!

Non-felted slippers turned out very sturdy but better to use yarn with more elasticity for the cuffs.

        Comments about 4.39 Scozia:

I used this yarn in the golden color for a sweater. It held up really well even after I had to rip out one side because of a mistake. I re-knit that yarn and you can't tell any difference between it and the side that I didn't have to rip out. It has great stitch definition and is really soft and yet has enough body to hold its shape. I almost didn't get this yarn because of another customer's experience with knots, but out of 10 skeins I had two knots total. I love this yarn so much I'm looking for another pattern where I can use it again.

Very coarse and full of knots

        By UniqueWabbit

        from NC, USA

        Comments about 4.39 Scozia:

There are knots beginning one foot from the start, then 3 feet later. I can barely get a row in without a knot. Wasting much yarn with this. It is not soft, not comfy at all. I will not buy again.
