Product Details
Ghost in the Orchard is a stunning must-have women’s loose-fitting cropped vest with a deep v-neckline with a fabulous all-over cable pattern. The vest is knit in the round from the bottom up to the armholes and then divided. Once the shoulders are seamed, the stitches for the armholes and neckband are picked up and worked in the round. The cable pattern is charted and written out.

Yarn Requirements: 675 (700, 750, 800, 850) (900, 950, 1000, 1100) yards of Aran weight yarn such as Hedgehog Fibres Merino Aran (100% Superwash Merino; 100g/182yds)
Needles: US 8 (5.00mm) 32–40” circular and DPNs or short circular for neckline and armholes to get gauge
Gauge:
16 sts and 24 rows = 4” in double seed stitch and k2, p2 rib at hem
35-st cable panel = 5½” wide

- I love this in a soft fiber, especially when it's just a bit rustic. And the pale gray makes it very versatile. Think about a wool or wool blend.
