I purchased this yarn because it was one of the only worsted yarns I could find in the color I wanted. The color is exactly what I expected from the picture. It knits up well, but there are some sections of yarn that are a little thicker than others. Although, it doesn't seem that you can see the differences after it's knitted. Also, maybe it's something with the way I knit, but the yarn twists as I'm working. I have to keep stopping to untwist. Luckily, I'm working on circular needs, so I can just hold the yarn ball in the air & let it unwind on its own. But, it's still a nuisance.

Comments about 10.50 Lamb's Pride Worsted:

I use this yarn exclusively for Navajo style rug weaving these days. It is very close in texture to the traditional churro yarns used by the natives, but is softer and gives very nice pattern definition. I also use this yarn for knitted slippers that I felt afterwards. Beautiful, durable yarn, and at a good price.

A friend of mine and I are knitting a baby blanket for another friend's recent addition. The colors are bright, solid and even. The single ply is soft to the touch and knits like a dream on bamboo needles.

Comments about 10.50 Lamb's Pride Worsted:

This is a lovely soft worsted weight yarn. The color selection is great and the price is very affordable. One thing I don't love is that it's a "thick and thin" yarn and sometimes the thickness varies considerably. And there are occasionally knots. But it's still one of my go-to yarns.
