I used over 1600 yards of this yarn to make a shawl. It was a pleasure to knit for the entirety of the project. The colorways all work together and the finished result was soft and smooth. I think this yarn would be fantastic for a number of different projects.

I'm using this yarn along with another color of the same color, which I had no issues with, for a knit cowl. This yarn broke of with little knots several times in the yarn, on both of the hanks that I got of this color. The lighter color was perfect, which is why I'm giving 3 stars and not 2.

              Comments about 10.50 Vail:

Always great to deal with Webs- living in Canada and ordering is NEVER an issue. Although I haven't knit with this yarn yet it is very soft. I can tell that it will have a really nice drape to it. The only issue with it is that it is definitely more like a fingering/lace weight. It isn't even close to aport weight. The yarn is way too fine to be sport. That being said I am looking forward to knitting with it. You can tell that it was created with decent Alpaca-not cheap stuff!

Absolutely perfect. This may have been a coincidence, but I even received the same dye lot as my previous purchase when I purchased the singleton!
