Quick, small, and lightweight, E. Elliott Knits Last Minute
Travel Slippers are the perfect thing to throw in your bag for a weekend away,
and a great project for that skein of farm yarn that you could not resist.
These slippers are knit in one piece from the toe to the heel, with a bit of
short row shaping to keep them on your feet. The cable patterns are charted
and written out.
Finished Measurements: 6 (7, 8)” circumference at the ball of the foot, length knit to fit.
Yarn Requirements: 100 (125, 156) yards of Harrisville Designs Highland (100% wool; ½lb cone/450yds) shown in Woodsmoke
Needles: US 5 (3.75mm) DPNs or short circular
Gauge: 23 sts and 36 rnds = 4” in stockinette stitch
