Hedgehog Fibres Winter Thaw is a stunning, yet not too difficult shawl
knit in Kidsilk Lace. The fabric is light, airy, and delicate. The perfect
accessory for the cool nights during the spring. Winter Thaw is knit from the
bottom up. Kidsilk Lace from Hedgehog Fibres is a sumptuously soft laceweight
yarn with a core of shimmering silk surrounded by a fluffy mohair halo. This
yarn is extremely versatile, working well held with another yarn as well as
being used on its own using single or multiple strands. The lace patterns
are in chart form only.

Finished Measurements: 74½” wingspan and 35¼” deep
Yarn Requirements: 2 hanks Hedgehog Fibres Kidsilk Lace (70% Kid Mohair/ 30% Silk; 50g/459yds)
Needles: US 4 (3.50mm) 24” or longer circular
Gauge: approximately 17 sts – 4” in the lace pattern, after blocking
