Product Details
Streambank from Jen Lucas Designs is a top-down three-wedge shawl. A fantastic lace-and-garter stitch pattern is used for the body of the shawl. The wrap then takes a perpendicular turn, and a fun knit-on-border is worked. Knit in Malabrigo Dos Tierras, a luxurious blend of Merino wool and baby alpaca. This spectacular hand-dyed DK weight yarn has excellent stitch definition and excellent drape when knit up. The lace pattern is charted and written out.

Yarn Requirements: 3 hanks Malabrigo Dos Tierras (50% Merino Wool/ 50% Baby Alpaca; 100g/210yds) shown in 148 Hollyhock -
Needles: US 5 (3.75mm)) 24” circular
Gauge: 14 sts and 16 rows = 4” in lace pattern of body of shawl and 16 sts and 28 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch
NOTE: Sample knit used all the yarn, with less than 5 yards left over. Highly suggest purchasing the fourth skein if your gauge does not precisely match the gauge listed in the pattern or you will run out of yarn.
