Wooden needles are best for my old hands and these rate right at the top. Beautiful finish that is slick but yarn doesn't slip. Go figure.

Great Double pointed needles. The needles are smooth, so the yarn doesn't hang up when trying to knit.

Is a excellent length for making socks.

    Would highly recommend.

I own many sets of these needles and love them. Use them for socks, hats, gloves, finishing neck lines and cuffs on sweaters. Only problem ever had was one faulty needle with a small hole and sliver from machining. So, when purchase check for any flaws on all needles.

Perfect for the knitted prothesis pattern that I use. 6" are not long enough for all the stitches. I love these!!

Comments about KNITTER'S PRIDE Dreamz Double Pointed Needles 8"":

I love the Dreamz line. I have the set of interchangeable tips and multiple DPNs. I prefer to the longer length of these, and most stores don't sell them, so I am glad Webs offers them. The only problem with this set is that one of the tips was chipped, so the yarn kept snagging. The project I am using it for now only requires 4 needles, so I was able to keep put the bad one aside for now. I am not sure how it will go when I have a project that requires all 5 needles.

Comments about KNITTER'S PRIDE Dreamz Double Pointed Needles 8"":

I ordered these DPNS in sizes US 10.5 and 11. They came intact and were easy to work with right off the bat. Sometimes my hardwood needles will have a bit more drag before I break them in, but these were smooth from the start.

The only complaints I have are as follows:

These DPNs to give off a slight chemical smell. The odor was stronger at first, so it does fade over time.

The color that these DPNS were given is not completely even. Most of the surface is uniform, but there are a few places where the dye wore thin.

I also do not care for the way the DPN size is stamped on the needles. While this does not interfere with knitting at all, I just don't care for the look of the bright white paint against the color of the needle.
