Cassandra Shawl from Lily Go is a somewhat circular shawl. Because of the shape, this shawl can be worn in many ways. You can wrap it around your neck and shoulder easily, and it will stay put without a pin. Cassandra Shawl is crocheted from the top down in fingering weight yarn, however, you can substitute DK or even worsted weight yarn for a bigger shawl. The pattern is charted and written out.
Sizes: One Size
Finished Measurements: 37½” in diameter
Yarn Requirements: Approximately 790 yards of fingering weight yarn such as SweetGeorgia Tough Love Sock (80% Superwash Wool/ 20% Nylon; 115g/425yds)
Hooks: Size 7 (4.50mm)
Gauge: Mark your yarn 95 cm or 37.5" (stretched out). Within this 95 cm, you should be able to make exactly 10 dc, otherwise adjust your hook size accordingly
