Lisa McFetridge Sleeping Tree PDF
$4.00 Each
Sleeping Trees designed by Lisa McFetridge is a classic Fair Isle hat. In winter in the Northeast, all the hardwood trees are bare. Not dead, just sleeping, waiting to make a glorious comeback in the spring. Corrugated rib at the brim, a classic border topped off with winter’s sleeping trees. Because there are very few long “carries” or “floats,” this pattern is a good “first” colorwork project. There are never more than two colors in a round and only 2 or 3 rounds with carries longer than four stitches. The stranded pattern is charted only.
