Sasha, this fun ruffled skirt, has a knit-in waistband casing and features flouncy layers knit in your choice of colors. Knit in Louet Euroflax Sport, a round of purl stitches on the underskirt marks where the stitches are picked up to knit the contrasting ruffles.
