Lyrical Knits Hat Like A Wheel PDF

Hat Like a Wheel from Lyrical Knits is a knitting pattern for a classic cabled hat worked in the round from the bottom-up. The ribbing flows into the cables for the body of the hat and is decreased in pattern to the crown. The design includes two sizes, both of which can be worked with either a short or folded brim, and with or without the slouch. Make it as a beanie or a slouchy hat with an optional pompom. The cable pattern is charted and written out.

Size: Fitted M (Fitted L, Slouchy M, Slouch L)
Finished Measurements: 19½ (21½)” circumference; ribbing is 16½ (18¼)” circumference (unstretched) 8” high for fitted and 12” high for slouchy
Yarn Requirements: Worsted weight yarn such as Malabrigo Rios (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g/210yds)
     Fitted – 140 (160) yards
     Slouchy – 207 (240) yards – an extra 5 yards required for the optional pompom
