The Elizabeth Scarf from Mac & Me is a beautiful and dramatic ruffled scarf that will add some theatrical flair to any outfit. Knit in Rowan’s Kidsilk Haze, this scarf is knit starting with a base worked in a K1, P4 rib. Stitches are then picked up lengthwise along the base to create the ruffled tiers.
