Comments about MIRASOL Ushya:

Wonderful and quick to work with. It is vey soft! And I love that some of the purchase proceeds go to funding a school for children of the shepherds in Peru whose sheep this yarn comes from.

This yarn is incredibly soft and easy to work with. No splitting or pilling of the fibers while working on my project. If the quality of the yarn itself is not an incentive to support this company, Mirasol Yarns has a social mission including the establishment and maintenance of an elementary school for children in the local communities of Peru where the yarn is sourced. I would definitely buy this yarn again!

          Comments about MIRASOL Ushya:

I want to commend WEBS for the great service for a recent purchase. I needed one more skein of Ushya yarn for an unfinished sweater. I ordered this yarn from WEBS and asked for a certain dye lot if they had it. They went the extra mile to find and send the exact dye lot that I needed and I think that is simply awesome. Thanks WEBS.

            Comments about MIRASOL Ushya:

This super bulky was a perfect match for a pattern that required a different yarn. It knits up fast, and unlike some other spongy, high-textured yarns, doesn't unravel or snag on my needles.

I'm currently using the Mallard shade in a cardigan swing jacket and the saturated color is fantastic, solid, and rich.

                Comments about MIRASOL Ushya:

I'm extremely pleased with many aspects of this yarn. It's extremely soft. It's warm. It's not itchy against my scalp (I have a shaved head.) My hat was comprised of "1700 White Clouds", "1709 Midnight Blue" and "1704 Charcoal Grey"; I experienced absolutely no bleeding of colors after a 30-minute soak (see attached before and after photos)

I also had to frog my hat after I realized my modified pattern wasn't quite right, and the yarn was as good as new for a second attempt.

The hanks I received (four in total) contained no knots, and I had zero problems spinning them into cakes.
