Product Details
Using the same construction as the Magpie MKAL, Magpie Shawl starts with two mitered triangles joined at their tips. Then each wing is worked out, first with short rows and then with gently decreasing stripes. In the end you have made a generously sized, gorgeous triangular shawl with a whole new construction!
Finished Measurements: 70" from tip to tip and 28" down center back

MC- Shibui, Staccato (70% superwash merino/ 30% silk; 191 yd/ 113 g) shown in Bordeaux
CC- Noro, Taiyo Sock (50% cotton/17% wool/17% nylon/16% silk; 462 yd/ 100 g) shown in #49
Needles: US 5 (3.75mm) 24" or 32" circular, US 3 (3.25mm) 40"circular, US 6 (4mm) DPNs
Gauge: 24 sts and 30 rows = 4" in stockinette, blocked on larger needles
