My experience was very good as far as packaging and shipping. The yarn looked pristine because it came in a sturdy box that was the correct size for the items ordered. Although I haven't started a project with my yarn from Webs, it has a beautiful feel and the colors were true to what was on their website. With my local store now out of business, online shopping for yarn will be my new normal going forward. I primarily knit with acrylic yarn because the charity I knit for, Project Linus, requests only acrylic yarn be used.

For an acrylic yarn, it's fairly soft. It's easy to work with and it does hold up in the washer/dryer. The price is certainly right.
I haven’t completed my project but I have found the yarn very easy to crochet with. It’s easy to work with, as is the stocking pattern.
