Breathtaking proportions make Shibui Knits Barton the standout pullover for fall. Sweater weather never looked so good! Barton is knit seamlessly from the top down in an all-over one by one rib pattern with Echo and Nest held together. The collar is worked first, which divides into two saddle shoulder. Stitches for the front and back are picked up along the saddles and worked separately, then joined by casting on stitches at the underarms. The body is worked in the round to the hem. Stitches are picked up around the sleeve openings and worked in the round to the cuffs. Shibui Knits Nest is the quintessence of comfort and features a soft inner core of cozy wool and alpaca wrapped in contrasting wool threads. Echo from Shibui Knits marries fine merino wool with silk noil to create this wonderfully light, gorgeously dyed yarn. Silk noil strands offer a contrasting texture and a slightly lighter color, providing Echo with a marled look.
