Tamara Moots Neve combines two simple cables for this fabulous cabled cowl that is offered in two sizes. The short version has the two simple cables in an allover repeat, and the long version uses the same two cables with stockinette sections between the cable panels. You just need to pick the version you want and get started! The cable patterns are charted and written out.
Sizes: Short Version (Long Version)Finished Measurements: 7” tall and 22” circumference (6” tall and 41” circumference)
Yarn Requirements: approximately 180 (280) yards of worsted weight yarn such as Valley Yarns Amherst (100% Merino Wool; 50g/109yds)
Needles: US 7 (4.50mm) 16” for Short Version and 24 for Long Version
Gauge:
26 sts and 26 rows = 4” in cable pattern repeat
18 sts and 26 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch
