Birches
Pullover from Therese Chynoweth is a lovely pullover that is comfortable
without a lot of bulk and perfect for layering to keep you toasty warm. The
sweater features an allover cable pattern on the body and the sleeves in a half
fisherman’s rib. Birches are knit in the round from the bottom up to the armholes
and then worked back and forth. The sleeves are knit in the round from the cuff
to the underarm. Then the sleeve cap is worked back and forth. The cable
pattern and half fisherman’s rib are charted and written out.
