I bought this sight unseen after consulting with customer service rep about the appearance and quality of the yarn. I needed something for a shawl that would drape nicely and have a slight sheen. Vireo contains Tencel and wool so I knew it would be slightly heavier than just merino. Vireo fit the bill perfectly, not too shiny, smooth finish, and nice feel in the hand.
