Legato from Valley Yarns Designer Series is an amazing women’s hat with a traveling twisted stitch pattern knit in Westfield. The pattern looks complicated but is much easier than it looks. The soft and squishy beanie is knit in the round seamlessly from the brim to the crown. Valley Yarns Westfield is a luxurious blend of Merino, silk, and yak in a versatile DK weight. Each of the fibers in Westfield takes the dye slightly differently, resulting in beautifully nuanced shades that will add depth to this project. The twisted stitch pattern is charted and written out.
